New York City Post #6

Highline & The West Side

Finally took the time to go out and shoot with my Mamiya 7II. It’s been a few months, I still have the urge but finding time to do so has been hard. Wedding season is slowly dying down so I really want to use this time to shoot more.

I decided to shoot in the city because it doesn’t require much traveling for me, just a subway ride and some walking. I started off around in the 50s on the westside and just walked all the way down to Houston St. I decided to shoot here because it has a lot of open spaces and it had the highline.

All photos were taken with my Mamiya 7II, using my 65mm lens. The film used was Kodak Portra 400, my go-to.

I plan on continuing this series of photos. Only thing I need to do is to go out and shoot more. Enjoy ;)
